职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 理解和分析公司售后业务需求，负责数字化售后运营平台/移动应用在多地的架构评估，及具体研发计划的执行；
2. 负责售后系统平台核心业务的模块设计，微服务架构建设，核心代码开发用以整个平台适应高并发、大数据请求。对具体实施等问题进行技术指导，推动产品性能和架构优化不断创新；
3. 制定售后系统平台应用代码开发，数据库设计规范；
4. 运用devops方法对营销平台持续集成发布；
5. 负责研发团队管理及技术培训。
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，本科5年以上，硕士3年以上java开发经验；熟练linux环境及其脚本技术；
2. 精通服务设计模式，服务设计原则，有服务编程经验，熟悉容器、虚拟化、微服务框架等相关技术；
3. 熟悉高并发的网络架构和分布式系统，熟练使用spring cloud、zookeeper、dubbo等分布式处理中间件搭建分布式服务；
4. 熟悉mysql/oracle/redis/mongodb等数据库，有实际大数据量的数据库设计（数据库架构设计，水平分库分表）经验；
5. 实施过互联网公司架构，有使用云服务平台经验，具备dms经验优先；
6. 具有较强的业务需求分析能力，高度的抽象设计能力，同时能从技术层面带动团队整体实力提升；
7. 有大数据应用实践经验优先；具备日常英语交流读写能力。
major responsibilities:
1. based on byton aftersales operation demand, be responsible of as operation platform and its mobility solution evaluation for worldwide implementation and develop plan execution.
2. responsible for aftersales function module design, including facilitate micro-service infrastructure set up and core function coding to meet high concurrency processing. provide the technical support to key implementation issues and continuously optimize digital production performance.
3. establish aftersales application coding and database design standards.
4. lead teams and projects in a devops environment and follow the agile framework to continuous integrate and delivery and ensure every team member working on same goal.
5. responsible for it develop team management and technical training.
required skill & experience:
1. bachelor's degree or higher, 5+ years of experience in java development of bachelor degree or 3+ years of experience of master degree.
2. familiar with linux and command skilled.
3. well knowledge of service design pattern, docker, virtualization, and microservice technology.
4. well knowledge of high concurrency network architecture and distributed system, familiar with spring cloud、zookeeper、dubbo and other distributed middleware service framework.
5. familiar with mysql/oracle/redis/mongodb, experience in big volume database design.
6. experience in internet application architecture, cloud service. dms practice would be an advantage.
7. experience in big data application practice would be an advantage.
8. strong ability to analyze business requirements and abstract design, to drive the overall technical skills growth of the team.
9. excellent communication skills, fluent english.
