职位描述:
岗位职责:
1.根据售后业务策略,负责售后it应用产品的规划和设计实现,从产品需求收集、概念策划、设计到推动项目实施;
2.定义产品功能、性能和界面,负责产品需求编写与原型设计;
3.实现维修、技术支持、保修、诊断、配件等售后业务应用产品打通;
4.跨部门协调和沟通,推动运营、开发、设计、测试等人员紧密合作达成产品目标,保证产品实施阶段的进度与质量,协助解决项目开发和设计过程中出现的问题,共同完成项目开发;
5.从用户利益出发,不断优化产品功能和细节,提升用户体验。
职位要求:
1.本科以上学历,3年以上it产品经理工作经验,熟悉产品的实现过程,有项目管理经验优先;
2.熟悉主机厂售后基本模块与流程,理解售后交易数据在营销领域的实践运用并予以创新。
3.熟练掌握以下工具:axure、visio、mindmanager,、project、ppt等,完成原型设计、定义业务流程图;
4.思路清晰,较强的表达能力,良好的跨部门沟通和项目协调能力,善于协调资源推动项目进展;
5.有较强的分析设计能力、学习能力,关注行业状况,关注互联的变化;
6.有汽车行业相关经验优先;
7.具备基本的英语交流读写能力。
major responsibilities:
1.based on after-sales develop strategy, responsible for after-sales it application design including requirement collection, solution design and manage the overall program schedule.
2.define crm function, performance and user interface, finish system requirement documentation and prototype design.
3.build integrated platform for repair, technical support, warranty, diagnosis, spare parts and other after-sales business scope.
4.cross team work with business operation, system architect, developer and tester to achieve system target, ensure the project progress and quality, coordinate issue and risk during project implementation.
5.continuously enhance it application function to improve user experience.
required skill & experience:
1.bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years of experience in product manager role and 2 years in crm area, project management experience would be an advantage.
2.good knowledge in after-sales function module and process, well understanding of transaction data management and innovation.
3.familiar with axure, visio, mindmanager, project, ppt and other tools to finish system requirement documentation.
4.excellent communication skills and coordinate necessary resource to make project move forward.
5.well demand analysis and continues learning new business model, keep an eye on market trends.
6.experience in automotive area would be an advantage.
7.fluent english.
