职位描述：
岗位职责:
1. develop new recipes for kitchen appliances.
为厨房电器开发新食谱。
2. food related test (sensory and physiochemical evaluation) setup.
食品相关测试标准（感官和理化评定）的制定。
3. international cooperation with other bsh development center and test institutes.
和bsh其他的研发中心及测试研究机构开展合作。
4. support the development team in the field of kitchen appliances base on need.
给厨房电器的开发团队提供需要的支持。
5. professional training and knowledge exchange base on need.
提供需要的专业知识培训和交流。
任职资格:
1. bachelor or above, major in food science and engineering.
学士学位及以上，专业为食品科学与工程。
2. more than 2 years similar working experience especially in lab is preferred.
2年以上类似的工作经验，如果是在实验室的经验优先。
3. appropriate nutrition knowledge.
具有一定的营养学知识。
4. knowing the features of food ingredients, knowing different ways of preparing food.
了解食材的特性及食材的不同准备和制作方法。
5. knowing the domestic cuisine, also knowing foreign cuisine is preferred.
了解国内菜式的烹饪方式，如果同时也了解国外菜式的烹饪方式优先。
6. be able to work abroad occasionally base on need.
可以按需要短期在国外工作。
7. know how about consumer product especially kitchen appliances is preferred.
对小家电特别是厨房电器有一定知识背景者优先。
8. good english skill in oral, presentation and writing.
良好的英文口语及书写水平。
